Pat began her career with CBS News in New York, prior to moving into communications training and coaching for technology-oriented companies such as Microsoft, Cisco, Facebook and PayPal.   In breaking the code on the struggle for personal power, which resulted in her creation of the Predator, Prey, Partner Model™, she incorporated learning from numerous disciplines: Biology, Psychology, Sociology, Physics, Cultural Anthropology, Systems Thinking, Psycho-Acoustics, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Social Discourse, Improvisational Theatre & the martial Art of Aikido. Her life’s goal is to champion the evolution of human communication, to move humanity one step closer.

Karen is passionate about helping people communicate in authentic, powerful ways that uplift and inspire those around them.

She combines her organizational and academic experience to design and deliver high impact communication training, coaching, and consulting services.

Karen leads group workshops and provides private executive coaching from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies domestically and internationally. Her areas of expertise include executive coaching, presentation preparation, team building, and train-the-trainer.

She is particularly passionate about helping startup founders increase their leadership presence and communicate with confidence and conviction.
Karen has held leadership positions in communications, public relations, and marketing, and earned her BA in Marketing from Santa Clara University and MA in Communication Studies from San Jose State University.


Nicole Dobinson
Coach

Nicole is a trainer and spirited leadership coach with a BA in International Relations from the University of Toronto and certificates in diplomacy and conflict resolution from UNITAR, Productive Thinking, and MIT Theory U certification in emergent change and leadership.

She specializes in the personal development of leaders to achieve transformative results. With over 15 years of experience working across Europe, North America, and Latin America, she employs a global mindset that bridges divides, crosses cultures, and inspires new leadership forward.

Nicole is also a longtime dancer who enjoys using movement to access the body’s intelligence to further enhance personal empowerment and presence. As an avid explorer of far off places she has a love of community building and cultural transformation around the world.

Scott has been working in the training and organizational development field since 1994 as a leader, coach, facilitator, and business owner.
