Pat began her career with CBS News in New York, prior to moving into communications training and coaching for technology-oriented companies such as Microsoft, Cisco, and Lockheed-Martin. In breaking the code on the struggle for personal power, which resulted in her creation of the Predator, Prey or Partner Model™, she incorporated learning from numerous disciplines: Biology, Psychology, Sociology, Physics, Cultural Anthropology, Systems Thinking, Psycho-Acoustics, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Social Discourse, Improvisational Theatre & the martial Art of Aikido. Her life’s goal is to champion the evolution of human communication.
Karen is passionate about helping people communicate in authentic, powerful ways that uplift and inspire those around them.
She combines her organizational and academic experience to design and deliver high impact communication training, coaching, and consulting services.
Karen leads group workshops and provides private executive coaching from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies domestically and internationally. Her areas of expertise include executive coaching, presentation preparation, team building, and train-the-trainer.
She is particularly passionate about helping startup founders increase their leadership presence and communicate with confidence and conviction.
Karen has held leadership positions in communications, public relations, and marketing, and earned her BA in Marketing from Santa Clara University and MA in Communication Studies from San Jose State University.
Amy Gonzales is a business leader, consultant, coach, and speaker. She has worked with thousands of individuals and dozens of Fortune 500 companies in the United States, Europe, and Australia.
For more than 15 years Amy has assisted companies and individuals to learn, hone, and unlock their power and ability in the fields of leadership, communication, and organizational development.
Originally from New York, Amy has been based in California since 1981. She holds a B.S. in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco.
In addition to running her own business, focusing on leadership effectiveness and communication, Amy is the Regional Director for Women Unlimited.
Nicole is a trainer and spirited leadership coach with a BA in International Relations from the University of Toronto and certificates in diplomacy and conflict resolution from UNITAR, Productive Thinking, and MIT Theory U certification in emergent change and leadership.
She specializes in the personal development of leaders to achieve transformative results. With over 15 years of experience working across Europe, North America, and Latin America, she employs a global mindset that bridges divides, crosses cultures, and inspires new leadership forward.
Nicole is also a longtime dancer who enjoys using movement to access the body’s intelligence to further enhance personal empowerment and presence. As an avid explorer of far off places she has a love of community building and cultural transformation around the world.
Scott has been working in the training and organizational development field since 1994 as a leader, coach, facilitator, and business owner.
Scott has had the opportunity to work with a variety of organizations, from Fortune 25 companies to small, non-profit groups. His desire to see organizations achieve success is ever-present in his personal approach to facilitation and instruction.
He is a skilled instructor who consistently receives exceptional reviews for his engaging, high-energy workshops. Scott specializes in teaching practical skills that can be applied instantly in both business and personal life.
His passion is working with leaders to help them find their most authentic, effective style for influencing others to make a difference.
