Director of Operations
Stephanie knows Pat Kirkland Leadership courses from the inside out. She first met Pat 10+ years ago when she was a participant in a Pat Kirkland Leadership course at Microsoft. As time went on, Stephanie became an avid sponsor of Pat having Pat coach a number of teams in different organizations at Microsoft. In 2012, after spending 20 years at Microsoft, Stephanie joined Pat Kirkland Leadership as our Director of Operations. She has her hands full with scheduling offerings, managing our database, and business development. In addition to working with Pat Kirkland Leadership, she is a Certified Nursing Assistant providing respite care and companionship to seniors and is a hospice/palliative care volunteer.
